The Role
To complement a Teacher's professional work by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under a supervision system, including planning, preparing, and delivering lessons for individuals, groups, or whole classes. You will provide support to students so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement.

The successful candidate will be forward thinking, able to work independently as well as part of a team and be willing to invest time in building relationships with our students. You will be a key individual in helping students regulate their emotions, build self-esteem, and engage with their learning.
