Student Progress

A student's progress is regularly monitored throughout their time at KES. We want all our students to achieve their Personal Best and in order for them to do this they need to know how they are progressing.

Through regular reports and 'Flightpaths' we are able to help students to be the best that they can be.

At KES we believe that working with parents and carers is an essential part of a student's success and so we encourage parents to discuss their child’s progress with us.

Regular communication between home and school is made through the marking of the student’s work and in the student's handbook.

Further discussion is then had through the Form Tutor and then the Head of Year.

There are also two specific occasions each year where parents have the opportunity to meet with the Form Tutor (at Review Day) and subject teachers (at a year-specific Parents’ Evenings).
